Apple to Sell 5 Million Macs This Quarter

Mac sales are growing fast at a time when Windows sales are declining fast. NPD’s latest numbers show that Mac sales were up 19% year-over-year. October was also the first month in which Windows sales declined for the first time ever. Windows 8 is so over-simplified that it will flop and Apple should expect to make more Macs than ever as more and more people switch. I’m not going to give you a bunch of filler – so let’s go on. These October numbers show that Apple will meet the industry expectations of Mac sales of 5.1-5.3 million. iPod sales are still declining as they have for the past 4 years, but that doesn’t matter as everyone has an iPhone now. Last quarter, Apple sold 4.89 million Macs, which was an amazing record. Macintosh computers are taking over, and Windows will be dead within 20 years. Just watch.

Another Damn iPhone Rumor

A picture of a bird's assholeAnother day, another iPhone rumor that won’t amount to anything. This time, it’s from Business Insider who claims that the source “has been right about Apple products in the past [sic because that's bullshit]“. The source says that Apple had planned to release an iPhone 5 this year but scrapped plans to release the iPhone 4S. That doesn’t make any sense at all, but then again, well…. it doesn’t. If Apple had plans for releasing an iPhone 5 when the 4S was released, they would have released the 5. The source just gave the usual rumors of the iPhone 5: 4-inch screen, aluminum back, 10-megapixel camera, and a cooler Siri. Anyways, this whole rumor is just garbage and should not be taken seriously.
